Mashups on Reddit
You can find all kinds of stuff on Reddit, including mashups. Here, users post their tracks, comment on others' tracks, and even host mashup contests.
Mashups on SoundCloud
SoundCloud is a site where musicians can upload their tracks for others to listen to and/or download. The link above will take you to all the tracks tagged "mashup."
Mashuptown
This website was particularly big in the early 2000s when mashups were first becoming popular. Although not as popular anymore, this site does seem to still be updated, although not very frequently.
DJ Earworm
DJ Earworm is one of the best mashup artists out there. His annual "United States of Pop" mashups, made from ALL of the Top 40 hits of the year, have been particularly successful.
Bootie
DJs Adrian and Mysterious D run the Bootie blog. They've been doing live mashup performances all over the world since the early 2000s.
Anthony Cushing
Anthony is a Canadian musicologist who has done research on mashups. His dissertation is of particular interest, and you can find information about all of his work at his website.
Mashnography
This is a link to Liam McGranahan's dissertation on mashups. He is an ethnomusicologist, so he writes from a very different perspective than I do. Worth a read!
